Boards & Kanban

The Board view gives you a flexible Kanban board for tracking tasks, action items, and anything else you need to get done.

Creating a board

You can have multiple boards. Use the board selector at the top of the Board page to switch or create a new one.

Columns

• Backlog — Not started yet.
• Today — Work to do today.
• In Progress — Actively being done.
• Blocked — Waiting on something.
• Done — Completed.

Cards

Click + Add card at the bottom of any column to create a new card. Cards can have a title, description, priority, assignee, due date, and labels.

Moving cards

Drag any card to a different column to update its status. Reorder cards within a column by dragging.

AI-generated cards

After a meeting is analysed, the Post-Meeting agent proposes Kanban cards from the transcript's action items. Review and accept them in the Agent Inbox.
