Getting Started
Welcome to senSEi
senSEi is a sales workspace built for Okta SEs. It combines a CRM notebook, Kanban boards, live call recording, and AI agents — in one place.
Step 1: Create your workspace
When you first log in, senSEi creates an organisation for you automatically. Your workspace is private to your organisation.
Step 2: Explore the navigation
Use the top navigation to switch between the main sections:
- Notebook — Your CRM. Organise accounts, opportunities, meetings, and contacts in a hierarchy.
- Board — Kanban board for action items and tasks.
- Pipeline — Visual deal pipeline across all stages.
- Meetings — Chronological list of all meetings across your notebook.
- Settings — Profile, team, and integrations.
Step 3: Add your first account
In the Notebook sidebar, click + Account to create your first account. Under each account you can add opportunities, meetings, and contacts.
Step 4: Invite your team
Go to Settings → Team Members and enter teammates' email addresses to invite them.
Step 5: Download the mobile app
The senSEi mobile app lets you record calls on your phone and sync transcripts to your workspace in real time. Search for senSEi on the App Store or Google Play, then log in with your workspace credentials. Recordings appear instantly, ready for AI analysis.
