Getting Started
Welcome to senSEi
senSEi is a sales workspace built for Okta SEs. It combines a structured deal notebook, Kanban boards, Gong and Calendar intelligence, Slack deal monitoring, SFDC pipeline sync, and AI agents — all in one place.
Step 1: Create your workspace
When you first log in with your Okta SSO, senSEi creates a workspace for you automatically. Your data is private to your organisation.
Step 2: Explore the navigation
Use the left sidebar to switch between sections:
- Home — Your feed: recent meetings, notes, deal alerts, and quick-start actions.
- Meetings — Chronological list of all meetings across your notebook.
- Notebook — Your CRM. Accounts → Opportunities → Meetings → Contacts in a hierarchy.
- Action Items — Kanban board for tasks and action items.
- Calendar — Your synced Google Calendar events with Gong intelligence overlays.
- Gong — Gong call summaries synced from your team's Slack channel, linked to deals.
- SFDC Sync — Your Salesforce pipeline, synced via Apps Script. Import deals in one click.
- Ask senSEi — AI chat. Press ⌘J / Ctrl+J anywhere to open it.
- Settings — Profile, team, integrations, MCP, and Agent Automation.
Managers also see: Team Pipeline, Team Gong, Onsites, and can access Exec Brief from the sidebar.
Step 3: Import your SFDC deals
Go to SFDC Sync in the sidebar. Your Salesforce opportunities are already there — they sync every 4 hours. Click Import on any row to create the full Account → Opportunity structure in your notebook, pre-populated with stage, ARR, close date, and product line. You don't need to type anything.
Step 4: Invite your team
Go to Settings → Team Members and enter teammates' email addresses to invite them.
Step 5: Download the mobile app
The senSEi mobile app lets you record calls on your phone and sync transcripts to your workspace in real time. Search for senSEi on the App Store or Google Play, then log in with your workspace credentials.
