Slack Deal Monitor

Slack Deal Monitor

senSEi can read Slack channels and link messages to your deals. This adds Slack deal context — customer questions, AE–SE threads, stakeholder updates — directly into AI analysis.

The Slack page

Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack to connect your Slack workspace. Once connected, the Slack link appears in the sidebar. The Slack page has three panes:

  • Channels — All monitored channels, with filters: All, By Account, Recent activity.
  • Messages — Slack-style message stream for the selected channel, with day dividers and grouped messages.
  • Context — Linked opportunities, channel stats, and recent participants for the selected channel.

Adding a channel

Click Add Channel in the Channels sidebar. Search by name or paste a channel ID directly. Select the channel type (deal channel, team channel, etc.) and link it to one or more opportunities. Once added, senSEi starts syncing new messages incrementally.

Per-opportunity Slack tab

On any opportunity in the Notebook, the Slack tab shows all messages from channels linked to that deal. This is the fastest way to see what your AE and the customer have been discussing without leaving senSEi.

AI context

When you run any AI analysis on an opportunity — COM synthesis, State Analysis, TechQual, Presales — all linked Slack messages are included as context. You don't need to do anything extra; if the channel is linked, the messages are in.

Private channels

Private Slack channels work, but the Slack app you connected must be invited into the channel first. In Slack, open the channel and type /invite @YourSlackApp. After that, the channel appears in the channel search and syncs normally.
