Overview

The senSEi mobile app is built for capture. Record live calls, take notes, and track your accounts anywhere. Everything syncs to the webapp automatically, where AI agents handle the follow-up.

Home screen: Record

The app opens directly on the Record screen. One tap starts a live recording — no setup needed.

Tabs

• Feed — Your recordings and notes, organised by recency: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Older. Tap any item to open it.
• Tasks — Your Kanban board. AI-generated action items from meetings appear here.
• Record — The home tab. Tap to start recording a live call.
• AI — Ask questions about your accounts, deals, and meetings.
• Profile — Settings, dark mode, feedback, and sign out.

Recording a live call

Tap Record. The app transcribes the conversation in real time and displays the live transcript on screen. When the call ends:

• Save as Meeting — Creates a meeting node in the notebook, linked to an account and opportunity.
• Save as Note — Saves the transcript as a standalone note.
• Inject into Meeting — Appends the transcript to an existing meeting node.

After saving, the Post-Meeting AI agent runs automatically and extracts action items, VBC Mantra fields, and a follow-up draft.

Real-time coaching

While recording, AI monitors the conversation every 30 seconds. When it detects a VBC Mantra element — a challenge, Positive Business Outcome, required capability, metric, or competitor mention — a small coaching banner appears at the top of the screen. Tap it or let it auto-dismiss. Each signal maps to a Mantra field you can fill in immediately after the call.

Dark mode

Go to Profile → Display to choose Light, Dark, or System (follows your phone's appearance setting). Your preference is saved and persists across app restarts. Recording screens are always dark regardless of this setting — this is intentional to reduce eye strain during live calls.

Notes

Notes on mobile use a full rich text editor. Add headings, bullets, bold text, and checklists. Content syncs to the webapp where it renders in the block editor.

Feed

The Feed shows all your recordings and notes grouped by time. Meetings from today show an "Analysing" indicator while the AI processes the transcript. Once done, the AI summary and action items appear inline.

Setup

The mobile app uses the same account as the webapp. Search for senSEi on the App Store or Google Play, install it, and log in with your senSEi credentials. Your workspace loads instantly.
