Calendar & Gong Intelligence
Calendar & Gong Intelligence
senSEi syncs your Google Calendar and your team's Gong call summaries, then automatically links them to deals in your notebook.
Google Calendar sync
Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar and connect your Google account. senSEi syncs events across the full fiscal year. From that point, calendar events appear in the Calendar page with full FY / Quarter / Month / Week / List views.
Once synced, any calendar event that matches a meeting in your notebook shows a Gong Intelligence panel inline — no manual linking needed.
Creating meetings from calendar events
In the Calendar page, click any event and choose Create Meeting. senSEi pre-fills date, attendees, and suggests the most likely opportunity to link it to. You can also import calendar events directly from the Create Meeting modal — search by title or attendee name in the From Calendar tab.
Gong intelligence
Gong call summaries are synced from the Slack channel your Gong workspace posts to. Once synced, senSEi automatically matches them to deals using account name, attendee emails, and meeting date.
When a match is found:
- The meeting's Gong tab shows the full call summary, key points, and next steps from Gong.
- The Calendar page shows a Gong Intelligence panel on the matching event.
- The Gong context is included in all AI analysis runs for that opportunity.
Gong page
The Gong page in the sidebar shows all synced Gong calls in a searchable list. You can search by account name, link a call to an opportunity manually, or relink it if the auto-match was wrong.
Syncing Gong from Slack
